KrubKa Terms of Service

KrubKa ("we", "us") translates messages between English and Thai through the LINE messaging platform and a companion mobile app. By using KrubKa you agree to these terms.
The service
Translations are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. KrubKa is a convenience tool: do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential matters, and always verify anything important.
Free tier
Free use is subject to monthly translation quotas, per person in 1:1 chats and per group in group chats. Quotas reset monthly and we may adjust them over time.
KrubKa Unlimited subscription
- KrubKa Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). The price is shown in the app and in the App Store before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Fair use
Unlimited means your personal 1:1 translations have no preset cap. Group chats sponsored by your subscription are covered by a generous fair-use allowance intended for human conversation; if a group's volume exceeds it, translation in that group pauses until the next monthly period. Automated, scripted, or bulk translation is not permitted on any plan.
Group chats
Adding the KrubKa bot to a group enables translation of that group's text messages for everyone in it. Anyone in the group can type /pause or /resume to control this, and removing the bot stops it entirely. Please make sure the group is comfortable with the bot before adding it.
Acceptable use
Do not use KrubKa for anything unlawful, to harass or harm others, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

Changes and termination
We may update these terms, and may modify or discontinue parts of the service; material changes will be reflected on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
KrubKa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
